What Is Cyberbullying?

• Repeated, deliberate unkind behaviour using devices
• Name-calling, spreading rumours, excluding, sharing images
• Different from a one-off comment — but both are wrong
• It follows you home — there is no escape

How It Feels

• Hurt, embarrassed, scared, alone
• Can make you not want to go to school
• Can affect sleep, friendships, and how you feel about yourself
• It is REAL harm — even though it's online

What To Do

• 📸 Screenshot it — keep evidence
• 🚫 Don't reply — it can make things worse
• 🔒 Block the person
• 🗣️ Tell a trusted adult straight away

Be an Upstander

• Don't join in
• Tell the person being bullied you support them
• Help them tell an adult
• One person making a stand can change everything
